Established in 2014, Mejia had a “vision for a warm, rustic, and friendly restaurant for both locals and visitors to enjoy.” Stop by to bite into breakfast classics or step outside your comfort zone and into Mejia’s world of “creative, new culinary innovations.” Opening at seven in the morning seven days a week, you always have somewhere to eat “America’s favorite meal.”
